A routine does not lie. The gap between the life you want to be living and the one your day is actually structured around tends to be visible in what you do in the first two hours after waking and the two hours before sleeping. This looks at your actual routine, not your intended one, names what it is really optimising for, identifies what it consistently makes no room for, and suggests one small adjustment.
