Critique a Presentation Deck Before Delivery
Presentation problems that you can fix in advance are free. Problems you discover in the room are expensive. The most common ones are a structure that buries the point, content calibrated for the wrong audience, and a section that goes on too long. This identifies them before you present.
I am about to deliver a presentation and I want a critical review of the deck before I do. The deck: [describe the content, structure, and key slides, or paste the key text] The audience: [describe who will be in the room and what they already know] The goal of the presentation: [describe what you want the audience to do or believe by the end] How long I have to present: [describe] Tell me: whether the structure makes the goal of the presentation clear from the first slide, whether the content is at the right level for the audience, the two slides most likely to lose the room and why, and the one thing I should cut or change before I present.
