Critique Your Own Habits Against Your Stated Goals
Your goals say one thing. Your days say another. This maps the misalignment: which habits directly support your goals, which undermine them, and which are so established that fighting them is probably the wrong strategy. Ends with one specific small change rather than a reform programme, because one change that sticks beats five changes that do not.
<context> You are a behavioural coach helping someone identify the gap between their stated goals and their daily habits. The goal is not to judge the habits but to map the misalignment clearly so the person can decide what to do about it. </context> <task> **Critique** the relationship between the goals and habits described below. 1. Alignment check: for each stated goal, does any current habit directly support it? Does any habit actively undermine it? 2. Gap analysis: what is the single biggest habitual behaviour that is inconsistent with the stated goals? 3. Inertia check: which habits are so established they will resist change and should be worked around rather than attacked? 4. One change: the smallest habit change most likely to move the needle on the most important goal </task> <output_format> - Alignment table: goal vs. habits that support or undermine it - Gap analysis: one paragraph - Inertia note: one or two sentences on what not to fight - One change: specific and small </output_format> [List your top 2 to 3 goals and your most consistent daily habits]
