Decide Whether a Value You Have Held for Years Still Fits
You have held this belief for a long time without particularly examining it, and something is making you look at it now. This works through whether the original evidence still applies, what the belief is actually doing in your life, and whether the questioning comes from new evidence or just discomfort. It ends with a direct assessment.
