Make Sense of a Competitive Loss
You lost, you are annoyed, and the replay is running on a loop. This gets you out of the spiral and into something more useful: what you can actually change. One decision, one thing that worked, one thing to practise. Short enough to do now, specific enough to act on.
You just lost a competitive game. Describe in two or three sentences what happened and where you think things went wrong. Then identify: one decision you would change, one thing you actually did well, and one thing to practise before next time. Be specific about the game and the situation, not general about losing.
