Turn Meeting Notes into Action Items
The meeting ended forty-five minutes ago. You have a page of notes and a growing sense that several things were agreed that will not happen because no one wrote down who was supposed to do them. This turns the notes into a proper action list: owner, task, deadline, in order of urgency.
Read the meeting notes below and extract a clean action item list. For each action: state what needs to be done in one sentence starting with a verb, name the person responsible, and assign a deadline based on any dates mentioned (or flag as 'no deadline set' if none was given). List the actions in order of urgency, not the order they appeared in the notes. At the end, add one sentence summarising the single most important decision made in the meeting.
