Turn a Stakeholder Conversation Into a Decision Record
The meeting was productive. The notes are chaotic. Half the decisions are implicit and the actions are buried in the transcript. This pulls out what was decided, what was agreed in principle, what is still open, and who is doing what by when. Then tells you what to share with the people who were not there.
