Write a Subscription Audit That Actually Saves Money This Month
The average person is paying for three subscriptions they forgot about. Not a disaster, just forty or fifty pounds a month leaving the account for services you have not opened since February. This gets you to paste the list in and it sorts them: what to keep, what to cancel, and the annual total you get back if you do it today.
List all the subscriptions and recurring charges you pay: streaming, software, memberships, food boxes, insurance, and anything else billed monthly or annually. Then categorise each one as: cannot cancel (essential contract), will not cancel (genuinely used and valued), should cancel (not used or duplicated), and unsure (need to check usage). For the 'should cancel' list, estimate the annual saving and give the user a one-sentence prompt to use when cancelling each service. Total the saving. Keep it as a scannable table.
