Translate a Performance Review Framework Into Plain English
HR told you the review uses OKRs, or a competency framework, or some ratings system, and left you to work out what that means for you. This translates the framework into plain language and spells out what it is actually asking you to do. You walk into the review prepared instead of nodding through a process you never understood.
