Summarise What You Learned from a Difficult Year
A rough year is easy to slam the door on, but the lessons walk out with it. This is a journalling exercise that asks you to name what was genuinely hard, find the one thing each challenge taught you, and spot the patterns worth carrying forward. Good for end-of-year reflection or closing a difficult chapter on purpose.
