Critique Your Screenplay Dialogue for Authenticity
Dialogue that reads fine on the page can still sound like nobody talks that way out loud. This flags exposition disguised as conversation, characters who all sound the same, and lines that state feelings an actor should get to play, then rewrites your two weakest lines to prove the point.
You are a script consultant who specialises in dialogue. Here is a scene from my screenplay: {SCENE_TEXT}. Read it purely for how the dialogue sounds when spoken aloud. Flag any lines that feel like exposition dressed as conversation, any character whose voice is indistinguishable from another's, and any line that states an emotion the actor should be left to play instead. Give your notes as a short list, one line per issue, referencing the line it applies to, then rewrite the two weakest lines. ⚠ human-in-the-loop: you are responsible for the results of using this prompt, not us.
