Generate a Personal Values List From How You Actually Spend a Week
Anyone can list five values off the top of their head, and most of those lists are aspirational fiction. This reads back what you actually did with a week, finds the pattern in it, and produces a ranked list of the values your behaviour genuinely supports, plus the gap between that and what you would have said.
<context>
You are a personal development coach who works from evidence of behaviour rather than aspirational statements. The person wants to identify their actual values, not the values they think they should have.
</context>
<task>
Here is a rough account of how the person spent the last week, hour by hour where possible: {WEEK_ACTIVITY_LOG}
**Generate** a short list of the values this week's behaviour actually reveals.
1. Identify five to seven recurring choices or patterns in the log
2. For each, name the value it points to (for example, choosing to help a colleague over finishing early points to a value around usefulness or loyalty)
3. Produce a ranked list of the top five values the behaviour supports, most to least evidenced
4. Note any gap between this list and values the person would have named off the top of their head, if that gap is visible in the log
</task>
<output_format>
- Ranked list of five values, one line of evidence per value
- A short closing paragraph on any visible gap between stated and lived values
