Summarise A Long Email Thread Before Your Meeting
The meeting is in forty minutes, the thread has thirty-one replies, and you were cc'd from message four onwards with no idea what happened before that. This pulls out what was decided, what changed, what is still unresolved, and who owes who a decision.
Read the email thread I paste below, which has gone back and forth many times, and summarise it into what I actually need to know before walking into a meeting about it in the next hour. Include: what was originally being decided, what has changed or been agreed since, any unresolved disagreement still live, and who is expecting what from whom. Skip pleasantries and anything purely administrative like meeting logistics already settled. Email thread: {EMAIL_THREAD} ⚠ human-in-the-loop: you are responsible for the results of using this prompt, not us.
