Translate Your Values List Into Daily Decisions You Can Actually Make
The values are on the list and in some cases on a wall. This connects them to decisions: one small choice this week that would express each value, one that would contradict it, the value most visible in how you spend your time, and the one least visible. It ends with one approaching decision where the gap between stated and lived values might show up. List what matters to you.
You have a list of values or things that matter to you. Write them here: [list your values or the things you say are most important to you]. Translate each one into: (1) a concrete example of a small decision this week that would express this value; (2) a small decision this week that would contradict it; (3) the value on your list that most influences how you spend your time, versus the one that influences it least. End with one decision coming up this week where your stated values and your likely behaviour might not match.
