Summarise Three Things That Drained You This Month and Why They Did
Something made last month harder than it needed to be. Three things, probably. This looks at what they were, whether each drain was situational, relational, or cognitive, whether it recurs, and what one change would reduce it without eliminating the thing entirely. List three energy drains without editing them for what sounds acceptable.
Think about the past month. Without filtering for what you should say, name three things that drained your energy: [list them]. For each one, identify: (1) whether the drain was situational (something about the circumstances), relational (something about the people involved), or cognitive (something about the mental load it required); (2) whether this is a recurring drain or a one-off; (3) what one change would reduce the drain next month without removing the thing entirely. End with one observation about what the three drains have in common, if anything.
