Summarise Your Relationship With a Specific Emotion Over the Past Month
Something has been showing up repeatedly. Not always dramatically, but consistently. This traces the pattern: the circumstances that triggered it, whether you were responding to it or acting from it, what it might be tracking, and whether how you have been dealing with it has actually been working. Under 200 words, useful even if the emotion turns out to be unremarkable.
Think about one emotion that has been most present over the last month: not necessarily the most intense, but the most persistent or the most frequently recurring. Describe when it appeared, what typically triggered it, how you usually responded to it, and what you usually did with it. Then produce a summary under 200 words covering: what circumstances were most reliably associated with this emotion, whether you were responding to it or acting from it (these are different things), what it might be tracking or pointing at, and whether the way you have been handling it has been working. Be honest rather than reassuring. If the emotion has not been a problem, say that.
