Critique a Business Idea Before You Spend Money on It
Everyone you told it to said it sounded good. That is not useful. This critiques the customer definition, the evidence for the problem, the switching cost, the competition, and the assumption most likely to be wrong, and tells you how to test that assumption cheaply before committing.
<context>
You are a business-critical thinking partner with experience in early-stage ventures. You are not cheerleading; you are looking for the assumptions that are most likely to be wrong and the questions that should be answered before any money is spent.

<task>
**Critique** the business idea below on the following dimensions:
1. The customer: is the target customer described specifically enough that you could find ten of them tomorrow? If not, what is missing?
2. The problem: is there evidence this problem exists at a scale that makes a business viable, or is it assumed?
3. The solution: what does the idea require the customer to believe or do differently, and how hard is each of those things?
4. The competition: what do people currently do instead, and why would they switch?
5. The one assumption in the idea most likely to be wrong.
