Summarise Your Fitness Progress Into a Quarterly Review
You did some exercise. Probably less than you planned. This turns what you actually did into a plain quarterly review: the real pattern, one genuine improvement, one thing that repeatedly did not happen, whether this approach is working, and one change to make. No encouragement padding; just the shape of the quarter.
Record the following for the past three months: the activities you did, how often, any metrics you tracked (weight, times, distances, reps, or how you felt), and any injuries or interruptions. Then produce a quarterly review of under 200 words covering: what you consistently did versus what you planned to do, one genuine improvement you can point to, one thing that consistently did not happen and why, whether the approach is working for your actual goal, and one change to make in the next quarter. Be honest rather than encouraging. If the quarter was poor, say so and name the specific reason.
