Reframe a Bad Week So You Can Start the Next One Fresh
Bad weeks do not always mean something. Sometimes they are just bad weeks. But sometimes they are pointing at something specific about your work, your commitments, or the gap between what you said you wanted and what you are actually doing. This tells you which kind this was.
I have had a bad week and I want to put it behind me without dismissing what happened or carrying it into next week. What went wrong or felt hard: [describe the week briefly] Help me reframe this in two specific ways: 1. What the week was actually about, underneath the surface events (not a consolation, a genuine interpretation) 2. What, if anything, the bad week is pointing to that I should pay attention to going forward Do not tell me that every bad week is a learning opportunity. Find me a frame that is specific to what I described.
